Battering Intervention & Prevention Program
Noah Project’s BIPP program is designed to hold offenders and perpetrators of domestic violence and sexual assault accountable for their actions, so that they can recognize abuse, change their violent behavior, and become educated on healthy, non-violent relationships.
If offenders can make this change, we can stop the cycle of violence from ever occurring in the first place.
Participants are referred to Noah Project by members of the criminal justice system such as judges, probation officers, and district attorneys. Participants can also enroll themselves for their personal benefit and enrichment.
If you would like to refer a participant to our BIPP instructor or enroll yourself, please contact: bipp@noahproject.org.
